How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

Addsanime Plumbing is a referral service, so there is no crew to send. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent local provider from our network. That provider is the one who will look at your problem, explain the options and do any work you approve.

Each provider runs their own business. They set their own schedules, prices and methods.

What Happens on the Call

The first conversation is simple. Expect a few plain questions.

  • What is going wrong, and where in the house?
  • Is water still running or spreading?
  • Have you shut off the main valve?
  • What is your address, so we can find a provider who serves it?

Then you are linked with a provider. They may ask for photos or more detail. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies, so ask about timing right away.

What to Ask a Plumber

Good questions protect you. Keep this list handy.

  • Are you licensed and insured for work in this area?
  • What do you think is causing the problem?
  • What are my options, from a basic fix to a longer-term repair?
  • Will you give me a written quote before starting?
  • Could the price change, and what would cause that?
  • Will you take photos or notes I can use for an insurance claim?
  • Is there a permit needed for this job?

A good provider will answer calmly and clearly. If an answer feels rushed or vague, ask again.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can ask for an estimate, think it over and say no. You can also compare a second provider if time allows.

If water is actively flooding a space, shut off the main valve if you can do so safely. If you smell gas or see electrical danger, leave the home and contact your local emergency services.

Costs vary by job. Always get the price in writing before work begins, and ask what is included.

You do not have to figure it all out alone. Describe the problem, ask your questions and decide what feels right. Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and see what is possible.
